Fall farm season has officially arrived across Toronto and the GTA. Pumpkin patches are opening, corn mazes are ready to get lost in and wagon rides are heading back into the fields.
Whether you’re looking for the perfect pumpkin or just want an excuse to spend an afternoon outside, these are some of the best pumpkin patches near Toronto to visit in 2026.

Before you go: Several farms use ticketed admission, timed entry or advance online booking. Popular weekend dates can also sell out. Check the farm’s website before leaving, especially if you’re visiting on a weekend or around Thanksgiving. Downey’s, for example, requires tickets to be purchased online in advance. Other farms recommend reservations or offer cheaper pricing when you book ahead.

With this many pumpkin patches near Toronto, finding the pumpkin might actually be the easy part.
The harder decision is what kind of fall day you want. You can keep things simple with a quiet afternoon in the patch or go all in with a corn maze, wagon ride and something warm from the bakery.
Either way, check admission and ticket availability before heading out. Fall weekends are some of the busiest days of the year for many GTA farms.
