The Tim Burton LOEWE collaboration is bringing The Nightmare Before Christmas into the luxury house’s holiday lineup.
Announced today with Disney, the capsule collection launches November 12 and spans bags, accessories, ready-to-wear, leather goods and scented candles.

The first designs give the film’s characters an unexpected place in LOEWE’s leatherwork. Jack Skellington appears painted inside a carryall, while Zero floats along the side of a handbag. The Harlequin Demon is interpreted through feathers and leather scales, and a woven leather bucket bag features snakes emerging from its surface.
The collection’s appeal lies in how it carries the handmade spirit of stop-motion into fashion. LOEWE describes the film’s tactile animation as a natural connection to the house’s own approach to craft. Woven textures, sculptural details and character designs tucked into the bags make that link visible throughout the pieces.

Burton partnered with LOEWE designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez on the collection. In an interview with Vanity Fair, he said he was excited by the project, calling himself “a frustrated designer.” He also praised the textures and materials the designers brought to their interpretation of the film.
More than three decades after The Nightmare Before Christmas first reached audiences, Jack Skellington and the residents of Halloween Town continue to inspire new creative projects. LOEWE’s capsule puts that familiar world into a new setting, connecting its gothic characters with the house’s distinctive leather craft.
