Off Campus Season 2 is officially returning to Prime Video on April 28, 2027, with Dean Di Laurentis and Allie Hayes taking centre stage.
Following the success of the first season, which premiered on Prime Video on May 13, 2026, the adaptation of Elle Kennedy’s bestselling romance novels is preparing to return to Briar University.
There’s already plenty to look forward to. Filming has wrapped, new cast members have been announced, and the second season is taking an interesting approach to the original books.
Here’s everything we know so far.
When Is Off Campus Season 2 Coming Out?
Off Campus Season 2 premieres on Prime Video on April 28, 2027. Prime Video announced the date on TikTok on November 5, 2026, confirming the series will return in spring 2027. ew.com
Production began shortly after the first season debuted in May 2026, with filming taking place in Vancouver. The cast officially wrapped filming on September 23, 2026, and the series is now in post-production.
What Will Off Campus Season 2 Be About?
If you were hoping for more of Dean and Allie, you’re in luck.
Season 2 will follow Allie Hayes (Mika Abdalla) and Dean Di Laurentis (Stephen Kalyn), whose relationship became one of the biggest talking points of the first season.
Their story draws from The Score, the third novel in Elle Kennedy’s Off-Campus series.
It’s an interesting decision considering the second book, The Mistake, follows John Logan and Grace Ivers. Rather than adapting the novels in their original order, the television series is moving Dean and Allie’s romance to the forefront.
In The Score, Allie is dealing with the aftermath of a breakup when she becomes involved with Dean, Briar University’s notorious ladies’ man. What begins as something casual develops into a relationship neither of them anticipated.
Of course, the television adaptation has already made several changes to the source material, so viewers shouldn’t expect every storyline to unfold exactly as it does in the novel.
Who Is Returning for Off Campus Season 2?
While Dean and Allie will lead the new season, several familiar faces are returning to Briar University.
The confirmed returning cast includes:
- Mika Abdalla as Allie Hayes
- Stephen Kalyn as Dean Di Laurentis
- Ella Bright as Hannah Wells
- Belmont Cameli as Garrett Graham
- Antonio Cipriano as John Logan
- Jalen Thomas Brooks as John Tucker
Fans of Hannah and Garrett can also relax. Their story isn’t disappearing simply because another couple is taking the lead.
The show’s creative team has confirmed that the pair will continue to play an important role in the series.
New Cast Members Joining Off Campus Season 2
There are also some exciting additions to the cast.
India Fowler joins as Grace Ivers, the romantic interest of John Logan in The Mistake. Her arrival could signal the beginning of another major relationship that book readers have been eager to see on screen.
Phillipa Soo, known for her role in Hamilton, is joining as Scarlett, a theatre artist who arrives at Briar University to guest-direct a production.
Meanwhile, Shay Rudolph, best known for The Baby-Sitters Club, will play Summer Di Laurentis, Dean’s younger sister.
Summer’s introduction is particularly interesting for readers familiar with Kennedy’s Briar U spin-off novels, where she has a much larger role.
Will Season 2 Follow The Score or The Mistake?
The short answer is The Score, but there’s a possibility that elements of The Mistake will appear as well.
The original Off-Campus books follow this order:
- The Deal — Hannah Wells and Garrett Graham
- The Mistake — John Logan and Grace Ivers
- The Score — Allie Hayes and Dean Di Laurentis
- The Goal — John Tucker and Sabrina James
- The Legacy — Stories revisiting the original couples
With India Fowler joining the cast as Grace, it’s clear that Logan’s storyline hasn’t been forgotten.
Whether their romance will develop into the central story of a future season remains to be seen.
